SALMON MACARONI SALAD 
1 (7 or 8 oz.) pkg. macaroni shells, cooked, rinsed & drained
1 (7 oz.) can boneless salmon, drained & flaked
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 packet Herb-Ox chicken broth powder
1/4 c. chopped carrots

In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Stir before serving. 6 servings.
