MACARONI SALAD 
1 (7 or 8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, boiled
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna or salmon
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. sweet pickle, chopped
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. peas, drained

Drain cooked macaroni; rinse in cold water. Add tuna, cheese, pickles, celery and onion. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and sugar. Combine the 2 mixtures. Add peas and salt to taste; mix well. 6 servings.
