GRAM'S CORN FRITTERS 
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg or substitute
1 sm. can cream style corn
Enough milk to make a stiff batter
Enough shortening in pan to be at least 3 inches deep

Drop batter by teaspoon in hot oil, turn over when brown. When brown on both sides, remove on to paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy! Serves 8.
