3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. orange or pineapple juice
3 lg. apples (cubed)
8 oz. can pineapple tidbits (drained)
2 tbsp. celery
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. raisins
leaf lettuce

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stir well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture. Toss gently, cover and chill. Toss again before serving. serve in lettuce lined bowl. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
