BAKED FRUIT WITH WINE 
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple slices
1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1 pt. fresh strawberries (optional)
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
6 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. sherry

Drain fruit (except for strawberries) and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix sugar, butter and sherry and spoon over fruit. More sherry may be used, if desired. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mix gently. Serves 6 to 8.
