WINE FRUIT TOPPING 
4 c. manachivitz blackberry or cherry
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 c. sliced peaches, including juice
1 c. pineapple tidbits, including juice
1 c. blackberries

Add wine, sugar and juice to fruit and marinate about 1 hour. Take 3 cups of marinate and bring to boil. Add gelatin, then add to remaining fruit and juice. Let chill.
