ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tbsp. marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix together and put in a greased pie plate, 9 or 10 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean and quiche is nicely browned.
