BASIC BEEF CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 lb. steak, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. finely sliced carrots
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Measure flour into paper or plastic bag. Add beef and toss to coat evenly. Combine all ingredients in 3-quart casserole; cover. Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH. Reduce power, microwave 30 minutes on 50% or until meat and vegetables are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
