2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. honey
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix very well. Put meat and marinate in zip-lock bag and turn it over in refrigerator several times a day. Marinate 3 days. good for round steak. Remove from marinade and grill or broil steak.
