CHICKEN AND CHEESE ROLLS
4 or 5 cooked chicken breasts (deboned, cut up) (fine)
Salt and pepper chicken to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
8 oz. med. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can (8 count) crescent rolls, Pillsbury or other type
Pam spray

Cook chicken until done. Debone and cut into small (fine) pieces and salt and pepper to taste. Spray a large baking pan with Pam or similar spray.

Open up rolls and pull apart as directed. Roll up a couple of tablespoons of chicken into each roll and place in baking pan.

In saucepan mix together soup, milk and Cheddar heating on medium heat and stirring until cheese has melted. Pour over the chicken rolls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until rolls are a golden brown. Delicious for any meal of the day.

You may use whole chickens or even leftover holiday turkey.
