TOAD-IN-A-HOLE 
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs, unbeaten
3/4 lb. hamburger
3/4 lb. sausage

Make 10-12 small meatballs from hamburger. Break up sausage into similar size quantities. Saute meat until brown in pan on top of stove. Drain excess grease.

In bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk and eggs with fork until thoroughly blended. Spray baking pan, 9x12 inch, with Pam. Pour in batter, spread thinly over bottom of pan. Arrange alternately and close together the hamburger and sausage meat on top of batter. Place on middle rack of preheated oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
