TOAD-IN-THE-HOLE 
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 egg, beaten
2 c. milk
3 c. cooked chicken or beef, sliced into sm. pieces
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika

Make a batter of biscuit mix, egg and milk; beat until smooth. Place meat in a buttered baking dish; sprinkle on salt, pepper, and parsley. Pour batter over meat; sprinkle on paprika and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to one hour. Any leftover gravy may be served with this as a sauce or you may make a gravy with chicken or beef bouillon cubes to serve over it, if desired.
