MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN | |
1.5 lb. pork tenderloin roast 1 tbsp. sherry 2 tbsp. lite sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar Combine sherry, soy sauce and brown sugar. Rub over meat and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Roast at 300°F until tender (approximately 90 minutes). Makes 6 servings. Cal-181, CHO-3, Pro-23g, Fat-7g. |
