MARINATED TENDERLOIN STEAK 
4-6 lbs. of whole tenderloin of beef

Marinate several hours in Mazola oil with a lot of garlic powder and celery salt. (Turn throughout the day). Strip the oil with your hands before putting into the oven in a flat pan - do not cover. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Shut off oven. Leave in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the doneness desired. Slice and serve with sauteed mushrooms.
