MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
MARINADE:

1/3 c. white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Dash of pepper
Canned mushrooms

Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate flank steak 1 hour or more. Broil flank steak in oven or on grill basting with marinade often. When steak is done, slice on the diagonal. Serve in pan with leftover marinade, heated and add mushrooms.
