CHICKEN AND MACARONI WITH
MUSHROOMS
 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sour cream
1 lb. uncooked chicken breasts (skinless and boneless), cut into pieces
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 1/3 c. (3 oz.) uncooked elbow macaroni

Spray a slow cooker container with butter flavored cooking spray. In the cooker, combine the chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in chicken, mushrooms and onion. Add uncooked macaroni. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Gently stir again just before serving.
