CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
Scant 1/3 c. milk
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
1/3 c. green onion
1/4 green pepper
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked 35 minutes and cooled.

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add rest. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
