CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese, diced
1/3 c. sliced green onions, sauteed
1 (9-inch) pie shell

Bake pie crust at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Mix until blended. Stir in crabmeat, cheese, and onion. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
