FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Melt butter in saucepan. Take off burner. Stir in cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and milk on a low heat. Stir until smooth and warm, then add nuts. Place in a baking pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inch, and chill.
