BLONDE BROWNIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pkg. chocolate chips

Melt butter and remove from heat. Add sugar to it and mix. Let it cool. Add egg, vanilla to butter/sugar mixture, then add flour and mix well.

Spread in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 36 servings.
