CONSOMME RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. long grain rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can beef consomme soup
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. water

Butter a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Chop onion fine. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Pour into cans. Cook, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until rice is tender and dry. Stir one time.

Very good with roast beef or baked chicken.
