CROCK-POT CHERRY PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 cups frozen or canned sweetened red tart cherries, drained
1 cup cherry juice

Brown pork chops. Put in Crock-Pot. Combine rest of ingredients and put on top of chops.

Cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.

Serve over cooked rice.

Serves 4.
