CROCKPOT PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops (1/2" thick)
Salt & pepper
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Good for a busy day.

This recipe is so easy!! The porkchops are so tender you can pull them apart with a fork!! LOVE THIS and have made it several times!! The sauce isn't thick which makes it feel light and healthy, but still really filling!! THANK YOU for a great recipe!!
