BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts, split, boned & skinned
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white wine
3 tbsp. butter, cut into sm. pieces
1/4 c. bread crumbs, herb flavored
1/4 c. croutons

Arrange chicken breasts in greased shallow baking dish. Cover chicken with cheese slices. Mix soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and wine. Pour over cheese.

Dot with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and croutons.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
