BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 chicken breasts
Vegetable oil
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
Sour cream
1 can French fried onions

Place the 4 chicken breasts in pan with vegetable oil in bottom, season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Put a butter pad on each breast. Spread the 2 cans of mushroom soup over the chicken. Dot on sour cream and sprinkle on the can of French fried onions on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
