TURKEY CHEDDAR RICE BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes (granulated)
1 c. skim milk
8 oz. cooked turkey
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. cold cooked rice
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Blend flour and chicken bouillon. Gradually stir in milk stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey and mushrooms.

Arrange rice in non-stick 8 inch baking dish. Spoon turkey mixture over rice. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
