TURKEY-CHEDDAR-RICE BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 c. milk
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked Minute rice
8 oz. cubed turkey
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a pan. In a gravy shaker, put 2 tablespoons flour, 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules and 1 cup milk. Shake well to mix and then gradually stir into melted butter (over medium high heat). Stir constantly to a boil. Remove from heat.

Add 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese. Put 2 cups cooked Minute rice into a casserole dish that has a cover. Onto rice, put 8 oz. cubed turkey and 1 cup sliced mushrooms. Spoon cheese sauce over rice mixture. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
