CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can tender ham, chicken or turkey
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until barely tender; drain well. Stir soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients to soup and sour cream mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30-35 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
