1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
2 sticks butter

Dump the undrained pineapple in a 9 x 13 pan; spread evenly. Dump the pie filling and spread evenly over pineapple. Spread dry cake mix over the filling and sprinkle with nuts. Melt butter and pour over cake mix and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
