BARBECUE CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces (remove skin)
1 medium onion
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco (more if you like it hot!)
3 cups catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Bake chicken 45 minutes at 350°F or until tender. Sauté onion in butter until tender; add remaining ingredients altogether and simmer 1/2 hour. Drain grease from chicken and add barbecue sauce.

Bake another 30 minutes, covered.

This sauce is excellent for ribs. It also works great on grilled meats.
