PUMPKIN TEA BREAD 
1 lg. can pumpkin
2 1/2 c. honey
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, sifted
2 1/2 c. white flour, sifted
6 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together pumpkin, honey, oil and eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with water. Add nuts. Place in 3 greased loaf pans. Bake about 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Makes 3 loaves.
