PORK CHOP AND HASH BROWN
CASSEROLE
 
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns (not thawed)
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
6 (3 oz.) pork chops
1 tbsp. oil

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Add 1/2 cheese, potatoes and onions; mix well. Spoon into 9 x 13 pan.

Brown pork chops in oil. Arrange over potato mixture. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Put remaining ingredients on top of casserole.

Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
