SEVEN UP SALAD 
2 sm. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) 7-Up
2 or 3 bananas, sliced
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 7-Up. Chill until syrupy. Add sliced bananas and crushed pineapple and marshmallows. Chill until firm.

Cook pineapple juice, sugar, egg yolk, flour and butter until thick. Spread on Jello mixture.

Put Cool Whip on top sprinkle on coconut.
