KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chicken broth
1 pkg. soft tortillas, cut in sm. pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Layer chicken, tomatoes, soups, broth, tortillas and onions. Repeat all layers. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
