CARROT AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. carrots 1 stick butter 1 sm. box Velveeta 1/4 lb. salted crackers Slice and cook carrots. Melt 1/3 stick butter and Velveeta cheese. Drain carrots and mix with butter and cheese. Melt 2/3 stick more butter in skillet. Brown cracker crumbs slightly in butter. Put carrots in casserole and put crackers on top. Brown in moderate oven just a few minutes. |
