PICKLED EGGS 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. whole mixed spices
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 c. white vinegar

Cook, cook, and strain. Pour over 12 to 15 peeled, hard boiled eggs. Seal and they are ready in 2 to 3 days.
