1 box chocolate or yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, egg and vanilla and pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
