CURRIED HONEY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skinless
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. sesame seeds

Mix milk, butter, mustard, honey and curry in baking dish. Add skinless breasts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, covered. Flip over breasts 1/2 way through baking. Uncover and sprinkle with sesame seeds for last 15 minutes. Serve with wild rice and a vegetable.
