YOGURT SESAME CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. plain yogurt
1 1/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 broiler fryer, cut up, skin removed

Combine honey and yogurt; set aside.

Combine corn flake crumbs, sesame seeds, salt, ginger, paprika and cayenne pepper.

Wash chicken pieces and pat dry with paper towels. Dip pieces in yogurt mixture; roll in crumb mixture until well coated. Place in single layer on greased baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do not cover or turn chicken during baking.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.

NOTE: To reduce fat, use 2 tablespoons butter instead of 1/4 cup.
