GREEN BEANS WITH HONEY CASHEW SAUCE | |
1/4 c. coarsely chopped salted cashews 3 tbsp. unsalted butter 2 tbsp. honey 1 lb. green beans, trimmed (keep long) 1. Cook green beans tender crisp; drain. 2. In large skillet saute cashews in butter over low heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add honey and cook, stirring constantly 1 minute longer. 3. Pour cashew sauce over beans and toss until covered. Spoon into serving dish and serve immediately. |
