MINTED GREEN BEANS IN HONEY
BUTTER SAUCE

36 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons dried mint
1/2 stick salted butter
1 teaspoon honey

Begin by blanching your beans in salted water for approximately 5-10 minutes, so the beans are al denté and bright green.

Remove from water and dry beans thoroughly.

Place butter in a sauté pan over medium high heat and melt, adding the dried mint as soon as butter begins liquefying.

Once butter and mint are well mixed, add the honey and reduce heat to low.

Toss beans in honey butter sauce until well coated, and allow to sit over low heat until beans are thoroughly heated.

Serve hot in 6 oz portions with a bit of sauce over each.
