2 sticks butter, melted 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 c. chopped nuts 1 can flaked coconut 1 c. graham cracker crumbs Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil; cook 1 minute. Add nuts, coconut and cracker crumbs. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan. Line with whole graham crackers. Pour filling over these and spread. Top with more graham crackers and spread on icing. Icing: 1 stick butter 2 c. confectioners sugar 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Refrigerate several hours, then cut into small pieces. |
