5 lb. hamburger
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. applesauce
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
5 tsp. Tabasco
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
garlic salt to taste
2 tbsp. Accent

Mix everything well and shape into fat patties. Grills well.
