FRUIT PIZZA 
1 log roll sugar cookie dough
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Assorted fruit (fresh or canned drained well)
3 oz. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. fruit juice (orange or pineapple)

Bring cookie log to room temperature. Spray a pizza sheet with Pam spray. Press out cookie dough from center of pan to outer edge. Form a rim at outer most edge. Bake according to directions of wrapper about 12 minutes to brown evenly. Cool.
