BROCCOLI SALAD | |
1 bunch broccoli 1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 (16 oz.) can ripe olives, drained 1 lg. bottle Italian dressing 1 pt. cherry tomatoes Wash broccoli and cut into bite size pieces. Combine with water chestnuts, mushrooms and olives. Pour dressing over and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, covered. Add the tomatoes just before serving. |
