SWEET AND SOUR CARROTS 
4 c. carrots, cut into match stick size
2 onions, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
Seasoning
1 tsp. ginger
Bit of garlic

SAUCE:

1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. corn starch

Cook carrots until tender, combine sauce add to carrots and cook until slightly thickened.
