CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 med. head of califlower and broccoli, stalks diced
2 lg. carrots, cut in round circles
1 lg. green pepper, cut in rings
1 med. red hamburger onion, cut in rings

Break califlower and broccoli and stalks into bite size bits. Place all in sealable dish or plastic bag.

Dressing:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Shake until sugar is dissolved. Shake or stir salad to make sure the vegetables all have a turn in the dressing. Keeps for 10 days to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
