2 heads broccoli, chopped
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. grated carrots
2 sm. red onions, diced
1 c. mayo
6 sm. packets Sweet 'n Low

Mix all ingredients. Serve cold.
