BROCCOLI FANFARE PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 oz (3/4 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten

FILLING:

1 (16 oz.) pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and drained
1 (2.5 oz.) can mushrooms
8 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. canned French fried onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-inch pie pan. In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Bake for 10 minutes. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients except onions; mix well. Spoon into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with French fried onions.
