HEAVENLY BROILED FISH | |
2 lbs. skinless fish fillets (fresh or frozen) 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. butter, softened Dash of liquid hot pepper sauce (optional) 3 tbsp. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. chopped green onion with tops 1/4 tsp. salt Thaw fish if frozen. Place fillets in a single layer on a well greased baking pan. Brush fillets with lemon juice. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread cheese mixture evenly over fish and broil 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 6 servings. |
